Students from the Oakland School were guests of the Army Corps of Engineers last week at the Emsworth Locks and Dam as participants in honor of National Engineers Week 2008. The group also visited the Corps' headquarters on Neville Island, where they were encouraged to consider engineering, science and related skilled trades as viable career options.
