O School Visits Pennsylvania
Trolley Museum
On Tuesday, August 30, we boarded a
bus to Washington, Pa to the Pa Trolley Musuem where
we were introduced to the history of trolleys in Pennsylvania
and in the local area. We then took a trolley ride to
the trolley display barn where our guide ( a retired
teacher) described the past and future of all kinds
of trolleys and rail cars. It was very educational and
well recieved by all. A stop at the Golden Arches provided
lunch before the return trip.
